                  Kixyes uses two different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

                  United States Postal Service (USPS)
                  DHL
                  UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

                  Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:
                  You will not incur additional shipping charges
                  Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped
                  Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.

                  We also need 1-3 days of order processing time, which is not included in the order expected delivery. Customized products may require more time.

                  About customs tax
                  Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Kixyes is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

                  We're bummed if you're not satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

                  IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, You must provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back. The customer is also vulnerable to the 15% restocking fee as well as any shipping charges the seller has paid out. If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof prior to return, with no exceptions. Use the Contact Us form to submit pics/videos for your return request.

                  Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund.

                  When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping – In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer. Pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided in these instances. It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund, and any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs. Examples of these customer returns may include:

                  The customer accidentally provided the wrong shipping address
                  After the 30-day return period, the return refund policy does not apply if the item is faulty. The time for a return refund is 30 days. (calculated from the date of receipt)

                  Exchange Processing flow
                  Step 1:
                  Please contact us by email at support@kixyes.com, let us know your problem, and confirm the solution.
                  Step 2:
                  Take a picture of what you shipped and send it to us, as well as the tracking number. The maintenance fee depends on whether it is within the warranty. (please check the Warranty coverage)
                  Step 3:
                  We confirm the goods were returned and checked the problem. Please also email us your
                  specific contact details (name, cell phone number, detail address, ZIP code).
                  Step 4:
                  We will send the goods back to you.

                  Return instructions:

                  1. Submit Return & Exchange application.Please Click to"Submit for Return & Exchange"

                  2. After receiving your application, our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply e-mail within 7 days, or application will be closed automatically and unable to continue return process.

                  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

                  4. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition.

                  5. Refund & exchange will be processed within 1-7 working days once get return package.(the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.Postage will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.

                  Notes:

                  1. Return application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. If application exceeds 30 days we will not be able to accept your request.

                  2.Return address isn't the company address on Kixyes website. Our customer service will provide you a return address and a RMA number after return authorized.

                  3. Products with custom made, clearance items, used and damaged are unavailable for return.

                  4. Please make sure return of goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories and promotional gifts must be returned together.

                  5. After receiving the return address and RMA number, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be automatically closed and unable to continue return process. Please make sure to remark the RMA number on outside of parcel when return. If the parcel is returned to other address or without RMA number on outside packaging, we cannot refund or exchange.

                  6. Please use Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive return parcel for returning through other carriers, buyer needs to undertake the loss.

                  7. Return and reship cost is on buyer, freight collect isn't acceptable.

                  8. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.Postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.

                  Other:

                  1. Since it is a manual measurement, the physical size may be slightly different from the size chart (Apparel Products: ±4cm for the bust, waist and hip size, ±2 cm for the item length and the sleeves length and so on).

                  3. Please notice some products may have odor, fading, spinning and wrinkle due to the feature of material, it is not a quality problem.
